Projects

Projects

High-Speed Railway Project in Saudi Arabia. The project is a double-track standard-gauge electrified railway line with a design speed of 365 km/hour and an operation speed of around 320 km/hour. The project annual capacity is 60 million passengers.

Urban transit projects in Jordan. The projects include the development of light rail systems and the integration with existing and future public transport systems in main cities.

The rail freight transport system includes different projects in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. The projects has been developed for mega tons transportation capacity.

More Projects

These projects includes residential cities,
government housing, mixed-use developments,
commercial developments, and institutional buildings. Major projects in Saudi Arabia in Jeddah and Rabigh cities.

These initiatives aim to restore the historic Hijaz Railway, establishing a strategic north-south transportation corridor connecting Istanbul, Adana, Aleppo, Damascus, Amman, Medina, Mecca, and Jeddah, offering an alternative to maritime transit.

Development of existing railway historic stations and building new railway museums in the Middle East related to the Hijaz railway in Jordan and extended to Syria and Saudi Arabia.

Urban Transit – Integrated Light Rail System

Airport – Amman – Zarqa

2025- 2026

Railway Industry

Founder’s Legacy Project

The project is to develop a light rail system along the Zarqa–Amman corridor using the existing Hejaz railway alignment with extensions to Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), a branch line to Madaba, and integration with new urban developments such as New City (Amra), thereby treating the project as an integrated LRT network rather than a standalone corridor.

Founder’s Legacy Project

The project is to develop a light rail system along the Zarqa–Amman corridor using the existing Hejaz railway alignment. The scope of work is to determine potential ridership, modal shift, fare policy, and operational sustainability, evaluate the existing Hijaz rail corridor between Amman and Zarqa cities with total length of 24 km, recommend building an LRT network by utilizing the existing infrastructure, and provide recommendations on potential Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structures

Founder’s Mission

Led the strategic development of the modernization and upgrade concept for the historic Hijaz Railway corridor in Jordan, supporting the vision of establishing a modern freight railway connecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Jordan, Syria, and ultimately Türkiye as part of a regional rail connectivity initiative. The assignment included concept development, engineering coordination, route optimization, technical evaluation, and feasibility assessment to establish a viable railway corridor aligned with future regional logistics and trade objectives

Hijaz Railway Upgrade

Hijaz Railway Modernization & and Regional Rail Freight Connectivity Program

2024- 2025

Railway Industry

Founder’s Legacy Project

Türkiye, Syria, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia are actively pursuing the revival of the historic early 20th century Hejaz Railway as a modern, cross-border trade corridor. Signed through recent agreements and memoranda of understanding, the project aims to link Europe and Türkiye through Aleppo, Damascus, and Amman down to the Gulf region. This initiative aims to restore the historic Hejaz Railway, establishing a strategic north-south transportation corridor connecting Istanbul, Adana, Aleppo, Damascus, Amman, Medina, Mecca, and Jeddah, offering an alternative to maritime transit through the Strait of Hormuz, Bab el-Mandeb, and Suez Canal. Longer-term plans envision extending the network to Oman, creating a land corridor between Europe and the Gulf of Oman.
